Our CEO has over 25 years of experiences as a valuer with a portfolio of over 150,000 valuations and serviced under some reputable global firms including GDA. Janet is a Member of the Australian Property Institute and the PNG Institute of Valuers and Land Administrators. Janet holds a Bachelor of Land Studies from the PNGUT, and various professional certifications.

CJ Valuers Ltd operates under the oversight of our Managing Director and Chief Economist – Sir Chris Hnanguie. Chris is a Company Director certified by the PNG Institute of Directors; worked for 25 years as an Economist of the ADB in 30 countries globally; Chief Economist of UNDP; Executive Chairman of PNG’s Securities Exchange Commission; a consultant to the public and private sector and international organizations; and lectures at the joint ANU-UPNG School of Business & Public Policy. He holds 3 Masters degrees (Masters in Businesses Administration, Masters in International Political Economy, and Masters in Business Economics) and a Bachelors in Economics & Political Science. With his extensive exposure and experience, Chris brings global best practices into the management and operations of the company.
