Ms. Janet Yagur – Valuation Expert and CEO With a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Studies from PNG Unitech and an impressive array of professional and technical certifications, Ms. Janet Yagur is a renowned authority in valuation. Over 25 years, she has conducted 150,000 valuations encompassing residential, commercial, and industrial properties throughout PNG’s 22 provinces, including Bougainville. Her expertise covers various valuation types, from properties to plant, machinery, equipment, and insurance.

Ms. Yagur founded Yagur Property Valuations (YPV), which transitioned into CJ Valuers Limited in December 2021, where she served as a Co-founder.

Her career began at GDA Pacific Valuers Limited in 2001, starting as a Trainee Valuer and progressing to roles such as Assistant Valuer, Senior Valuer, and Manager Valuation Services until GDA’s dissolution in 2012. Ms. Yagur’s vast experience and leadership are integral to CJ Valuers’ excellence.
